I was assigned the task to review a variety of different business intelligence vendors to find out which one would suite our companies needs best. The type of requirements we needed to meet included interactivity with data throughout our different levels of employees and also the ability to generate high quality visual data by leveraging data visualization software. Furthermore, it was vital for us to also use the next generation open-source based business intelligence because this would give our developers the ability to interact with the software at a deep level. When we began searching for vendors we came across a variety of different ones but a company called Actuate seemed to set the standard for business intelligence and carried a powerful product line of offerings tailored for our needs. We also came to find out that Actuate has an entire community of open source developers that help maintain the software. Overall, we were quite pleased with their offerings and decided to download a trial version of their software. We are currently testing out the software and out it to be quite easy to use. The interface is clean and the presentation of rich information is appealing, it’s also a great open source business intelligence tool. Though, we have not made any final decisions, if your company is looking for a similar solution to ours, try out Actuate BIRT yourself.

Inbound and Outbond Call from InSO
3G gives the ability to transfer both voice as well as non-voice based Data at a much faster level. While marketing 3G services, video telephony is famously referred as a killer application. 3G networks have not been upgraded from 2G networks and do not function on the same frequency spectrum. For 3G services new networks need to be fitted and new frequencies are allocated to the mobile operators.
At its most fundamental, a call center is nothing more than a workflow. The main distinction in call center specialization is the direction of that workflow: inbound or outbound. In one scenario, inbound, customers call in, the system prompts them for information, the call is routed to an appropriate person.

Trough Telecommunication network we can make a one bigest Telemarketing business. The success of telemarketing depends on key factors like:
1. The quality of the leads/prospects that are being targeted – Things such as age, sex, Geographic’s, and occupation can determine the quality of any lead list. The lead list generation has to be undertaken by someone that is knowledgeable of the market they are targeting. Lead brokers, networking agencies, press releases, and social networking are to name but a few ways to generate targeted lists.
2. The call center agent’s knowledge and the quality of the script – The call center agent is the heart and brain of any cold calling campaign. The agent has to have the ability to approach each individual customer differently, so that they can come up with a qualifying statement that will grab the leads attention. It is important for a call center agent to be able to give the right response when asked about why they are calling, and they need to be having the knowledge and confidence in the product they are representing.
3. The ability to handle rejections and objections – Agents have to be knowledgeable about the product they are selling so that they can counter any objections put forward by the customer. They have to believe and have confidence in that product so they can improvise in any situation. Outbound telemarketers need to have expertise in handling any objections put forward by the customer.
4. Sales Targets – Without a deadline or anything to aim for, a call center agent is likely to get to de-motivated. A target must be set or it is likely that nothing will be accomplished. Working towards a target and providing an incentive for reaching it will provide the call agent the motivation to succeed.
5. Goal and Mindset – Following on from sales targets, a company’s failure at setting a sales target or deadline for agents to achieve will ultimately lead to agent’s failure to perform. The agent also has to be trained adequately so that they know what they need to do to successfully produce sales and hit targets. The mindset of the sales agent should be that of “The next call is going to be a sale”. The agents have to be optimistic in every call.

Third-generation Technology
3G is the short form used for third-generation technology. There are few technologies in the history of mankind where there has been so much hype, followed by so much dissapointment, but it looks like the 3G providers have finally got their act together in 2008, and have started delivering the 3G mobile broadband services that we have all been waiting for.
According to wikipedia definition:
3G is the third generation of mobile phone standards and technology, superseding 2G. It is based on the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) family of standards under the International Mobile Telecommunications programme, IMT-2000. 3G technologies enable network operators to offer users a wider range of more advanced services while achieving greater network capacity through improved spectral efficiency. Services include wide-area wireless voice telephony, video calls, and broadband wireless data, all in a mobile environment. Additional features also include HSPA data transmission capabilities able to deliver speeds up to 14.4Mbit/s on the downlink and 5.8Mbit/s on the uplink.
The first country to start 3G service on a great scale was Japan where by 2005 nearly 40% of consumers used 3G network only. With 2G technology becoming outdated in Japan, almost all the 2G networks have now been shifted to 3G networks.
3G gives the ability to transfer both voice as well as non-voice based Data at a much faster level. While marketing 3G services, video telephony is famously referred as a killer application. 3G networks have not been upgraded from 2G networks and do not function on the same frequency spectrum. When you sign up for a mobile broadband deal, you will usually be provided with a USB ‘dongle’ and a sim card. You will need to insert the SIM card into the dongle and then, when you plug it into your laptop it should self-install. The good thing about the USB dongle solution is that you can install it in a number of machines, so you could take it with you to a meeting and then give it to your partner when they are heading out to a meeting with their own laptop. You should get your business checks ready to get this new technology in your office connection. easy payment with payday loan
Future For Mobile Phones
When WAP was first announced, it was hailed as the latest stage in an information culture that would allow people to access the things they need at a moment’s notice. WAP promised up to the minute news and local information that would revolutionise the way we lived, but failed to deliver.
The technology at the time of WAP’s introduction was limited by cost, so mobile phones had small monochrome screens, and were unable to show much in the way of information or pictures. The other major problem for users was that very few webmasters at the time offered a version of their site that would be suitable for use on the smaller screens of Mobile Phones, which meant that vast areas of the web were all but inaccessible.
The download speeds offered by early WAP phones were another hurdle, although had websites been available in a stripped down format, the access speed would have been much higher.
Of course in the intervening years since the first WAP phones, the state of mobile internet has improved enormously, with huge steps being taken in both the accessibility of individual web sites, and also in the ability of the phones to handle the information that they are sent at a reasonable speed.
The latest mobile internet standard 3G offers internet download speeds comparable with a home broadband connection, and provided that you have a good signal, it is possible to access information at high speed whenever you want to.
Perhaps the main selling points for the future of the mobile internet are in easing the interaction between the user and the publisher, for example making it a simple matter to post a video onto YouTube or another sharing site, update your blog on the go with a photo or your thoughts. The other major space for expansion in the mobile internet world is in local services, by which the mobile phone will transmit its location to the network, and you will receive appropriate adverts and local news such as traffic information that are suited to your exact position.
Since it was first introduced, mobile internet access has increased in importance to become a major part of how we use our mobile phones every day, and the more we come to require information at any given time, the more we will come to rely on having access to the internet wherever we are, and whenever we want it.
Develop A Better Mobile Internet
As mobile devices with Internet capabilities become more popular, the need for a more functional browser system is necessary. Netbiscuits has bounced on this demand and instituted its inaugural software platform, which supports Adobe Flash and AJAX technologies, enabling developers to create a new and better experience for mobile Internet users. This new development has the ability to “deliver high-quality, tailored Web experiences that incorporate mobile advertising and shopping on virtually any mobile device.” With Netbiscuits’s latest platform, mobile Internet users can begin to experience the Web like they would on a PC, which is great news for mobile advertisers.
The Netbiscuit innovation eradicates many of the challenges presented to Mobile Internet advertisers and users alike. Now, all content is perfectly formatted and can be shared on any device throughout the globe, on any network. Essentially, Netbiscuit provides developers a “toolkit” to produce various Mobile Internet applications such as “mobile advertising landing pages, content shops, audio and video downloads and more.” The high-quality content makes using the Mobile Internet more enjoyable and thus will attract a greater audience.
Netbiscuits was developed by Dynetic Solutions and is aimed at bringing new advertising techniques to the mobile phone. This is especially important in the mobile marketing arena, as mobile phones with Internet capabilities become the norm rather than the exception.
Consumers are continually looking to use there phones to make life easier. From a survey conducted by Techcrunch.com, the main thing that consumers are looking for out of there smartphones is to be able to retrieve email, depleting the necessity to always be checking the internet via portable labtop or desktop. The second factor was social networking and retrieving information via sites like facebook, myspace, etc. These factors alone display the necessity to be integrating functional browsers on all new cell phone devices.
