3IMC organized an exciting programme for Accompanying Persons, which includes:

Day 1: Argentina food. Full day in Eco Hostel International Malargüe, cooking “empanadas” and “asado” with “chiminchurri”. Lecture about the different techniques and types of meat slicing, culminated with the Argentina Mate Ceremony. Horse rides available. |

Day 2: Visit to Las Leñas Sky Resort, stopping over in the Niña Encantada Pond, a wonderful mirror of transparent water that reflects the mountain range peaks, and the Pozo de las Animas, enormous depressions (pits), geologically known as dolinas, produced by subterranean water erosion. Las Leñas Valley about 70 kilometers from Malargüe, is a beautiful Andean transversal valley which lodges the larger ski centre in Argentina. |
